Position: Customer Service Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call centre or customer service environment. Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they meet other requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or queries.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product/service information and assistance.
Maintain customer records and update details as needed.
Collaborate with different departments to address customer concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to improve service delivery.
Ensure timely dispatch of ordered products.
Focus on sales to drive growth across the brands.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office, website browsing, and data entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Must be fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
Strong customer service and quick problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and ability to work enthusiastically and politely.
Typing speed of 30 WPM minimum.
Strong computer skills and good command of English.
Knowledge of the fashion industry and demonstrated sales experience is a plus.
